NO SUBLEASING OR SHARING OF SPOTS!!!!

Cancellation

The spaces will be rented on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan early.  

All payments for spaces on hold must be received by March 4, 2026.  All cancellations with refunds, must be made before

March 4, 2026! NO refunds will be given after that date.

Set up

Starts at 6:30am

All Spots are 8ft X 5ft  Must be there no later than a 1/2 hour prior to open to the general public. Otherwise Or you will forfeit your spots with no Refund.

Parking

After you are done unloading your vehicles please park away from the main entrance.

You agree not to bring your vehicles to the venue entrances at the end of the Flea Market until  you are ready to load your vehicle.

Spots are subject to change to other locations (for layout purpose) “with out notice “

By filing out the contract form you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions.

** NO parking at loading doors during event, vehicles will be towed away**
